It was easy to find, and the staff were very friendly. Was worried about my card wiping if it went near anything electronic, the bed was a little bouncy, and the view from my window looked out on a haunted looking building. Kept my curtains shut nearly the whole time, in case a ghostly apparition spotted me! But overall, it was alright.

Great location, right next to Piccadilly Gardens (although can be a bit noisy if you're at the front). Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and very comfy. Security on door at night, which is great as it's in such a busy area.

Starting with the positives, the hotel was in a prime location and walking distance from all the main areas of interest. The rooms were also quite spacious considering we had a room with three beds. However beyond that the good things end there. The rooms were definitely a bit dated and needed a bit more of a thorough clean. The key cards were the worse part, they essentially just randomly stopped working and each time it happened you had to get the card reset at reception. There was no real logic to it either as the card will sometimes work on the room but not the hallways, and vice versa. The hotel breakfast was also probably one of the worse I’ve had. We were there just before 10am and they had already run out of certain times. Nothing was really stocked up and you had to literally ask a member of staff to bring something out as there was no one really maintaining it. Even the stuff that just comes out the kitchen didn’t seem particularly fresh and the hot food was all round quite average at best, and the coffee also being pretty poor. I recommend this hotel if you want something central. Just be prepared to be running up and down to reception a lot, and I would definitely not recommend eating here considering the great spots about a few mins away.

Warning, this hotel has check out at 12 but if they see you leave on camera they check you out and anything left in the room they steal. The CCTV watching the reception isn't good enough to prove or disprove if you checked out or not . The staff members who check the room all would never "steal" anything nor do they have anywhere to store stolen goods in a massive hotel or locker., but yet a £2k Louis Vuitton bag managed to dispear out of a suitcase left in our room we had not checked out of so please beware of staying here or presuming your proper is safe here .

Great staff but don't expect to get into the room as our key card failed almost at least once a day. Shocking. And cleaning cart lived outside of the room. So lovely. Also windows don't open so no fresh air

Fantastic location at a great price, and even better staff. Charlotte was particularly awesome! This was our first visit from the United States, and she was very helpful. You can't beat the spot location wise. I do wish the rooms would have had AC and different pillows though. The room was very hot and the pillows uncomfortable.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The towels left for me where dirty. The staff were all very friendly and the food was decent. I did find the hotel very noisy throughout the night with doors banging and people being generally loud so i didn't sleep very well.
