I,ve bought many pairs of shoes from here over the years. Last 2 pairs had faults. Returned a pair today that had started to fall apart after 5 weeks. The manager was very unhelpful a d rude. Won't be shopping here again
The lady staff member was very rude and unfreindly and I decided to never go this store. She refused to give her name and she said there is no manager ever in the store. I visited on 11th Dec 23 evening and have alse sent an email to them sharing my experiance and how insulted I felt.
Went into Aldo in Watford today morning, purchased a handbag on clearance/sale. Unfortunately within few mins of walking out of the store I changed my mind. Went straight back ro return and was told I was not allowed to return the purchase. The customer service of the young lady and the manager was unprofessional and rude. The young lady started giving me attitude and rolling her eyes speaking back in a rude manner. Manager was unhelpful and backed up the young lady. The staff were talking like they are unaware of their own refund policy and make this unclear to their customers,the staff are not experienced and highly recommended they need more customer service training. I would personally not shop from there anymore
They sold me a pair of boots that had a different interior lining. Staff is not professional enough and very much focusing only on pushing sales, very bad experience, I'll never buy anything in that store for sure!
Lovely store. Well laid out. Matching shoes and bags really caught my eye. Staff were friendly and asked if I needed any help. Said no and they let me peacefully have a look around. Didn’t have anything in store that really made me want to buy something. Either too plain or too over the top for me. They do have some impressive heels though. Have bought a pair of boots and shoes from here before and they have been great quality and really comfy to wear. They are a bit expensive but the products are worth the money as they last years and are really comfortable.

The young lady that dealt with my exchange in store today was amazing! She was so helpful and fully sympathised with my frustrations in regards to customer service completely ignoring my emails to request a return for a refund! I drove over an hour away just to so I could get something back to compensate on the faulty boots because my emails were constantly ignored. This lady was so kind and helpful she’s exactly the kind of staff member that should lead an example to anyone else that can’t be bothered. She needs a pay rise and promotion!
Small store but the store assistants were lovely and we managed to find what we were looking for with ease.
