   The shop staff felt a bit over-protective. My wife and I were shopping and accidentally forgot one of the drinks my wife was having. We realized this immediately and returned to the shop within two minutes. After checking the shelf where we had left it, the staff told us the drink had already been disposed of. Having worked in hotels, I believe items like this should not be thrown away immediately—at least 10 to 15 minutes should be allowed in case a customer returns to claim it. the ladies at the counter quite helpful during the billing I really did not like the way this situation was handled. Thank you.

   Lovely selection of shoes but unfortunately the customer service is poor. Lady at the counter was unfriendly and refused to keep the boxes of the shoes when I requested I didn't want them. She said just dispose them yourself as I don't have space
