   I visited Sketchers in Uxbridge to find a pair of shoes. As a result of medical problems with my feet I find choosing shoes difficult. Olesea, the sales assistant, could not have been more helpful, talking to me and discovering what I was looking for before finding me a range of shoes to try on so that I was eventually able to make a successful purchase. In a time when the elderly can be marginalised, Olesea treated me like a human being and a valued customer and took the time to make sure that I had made the right choice. I have not had such a positive retail experience in many years and I had begun to fear that customer service of this standard was a thing of the past. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

   I had a fantastic experience at the Uxbridge store being assisted by Ibrahim. He is extremely polite and respectful. What a wonderful chap. He took the time getting shoes, despite me ordering several pairs to try on. He was very patient and explained different features of the shoes very professionally. I having worked in Clarks previously know very well about shoes, and I was very impressed with Ibrahim and his explanations. In the end I purchased 2 pairs. I gave my feedback about Ibrahim in store to Paul also. He deserves a shout out for his hard work. Excellent customer service and excellent shop journey, thank you.

   Real mixed feelings here... I was after walking shoes. Nothing was familiar to me here. Nothing looked or felt robust enough. The sales assistant was a bit too helpful, bringing shoes to ask if I liked them, but the suggestions just kept coming...to the point it replaced my thinking time and my room to reason what I was doing. Consequently, I had to leave. My wife bought shoes here and enjoyed her experience. I'll go back again, but may choose a different assistant to help. I want to ensure I chose my shoes and be happy with them

   Staff are amazing who will go above and beyond to help you find the right shoes. Note - In a small but compact shipping mall with everything you need and a few surprises. My rating system and meaning - 5 = amazing and out of this world - fully recommend you go out of your way to try this place 4 = really really good and would recommend to friends and family if in the area but something missing if changed could have potential to be a 5 star rating. 3 = ok - average place and nothing to write home about 2 = not to my taste and disappointed - will not be returning to this place anytime soon 1 = I don’t have any words to describe the disappointment in this place and I have not choice but to give it a one because no stars isn’t an option.
