   I had a wonderful experience at Shoe Zone! The store has a great variety of footwear at very reasonable prices. A special thanks to Aum, who was extremely polite, helpful, and patient. Their friendly attitude made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I found exactly what I needed, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended—especially if you’re assisted by Aum!

   this place is ridiculous - terrible customer service shopped here few weeks back had a nice person who helped me out who was the manager I believe who no longer works there but this is place was good now it is horrible they don't give good customer service and talk like your some thug and have decency to answer questions. Also closing the doors at 5:50pm everyday ?? will no longer use shoe Zone again

   No option for 0 star or it would be. The most pathetic uneducated people work in store.They open and close as and when they please as apparently they running a store in their own country. They refuse to give management name details. They are doing everything against the trading standard law. And that's exactly where I will be taking them. Trading standards or sending back for further education as clearly its very much needed.

   The store meant to close 6pm as it says on the website, but today I went at 5:50pm the door was closed, very disappointed, I asked manager to open the door it’s not closing time yet, but she was very rude to me, in Hayes store. I will never recommend to anyone to go over their.

   Good but small store and they have lots of variety as well I have buy six pears of shoes and quality of the shoes is the best in world but...the SUPERVISOR of 1988 is very rude she has no manners and she going loud as well. She doesn't know how to talk with customers.
