Worst company ever avoid them. Left my car in a horrible state mould on my seats and inside all my car boot was full of water damaged the cars electrics cost me a lot of money and they claim it wasn’t there fault honestly couldn’t say it more avoid.
Absolutely disgusting I’m disabled and was told my car would be ready today. Shola rang me last week to confirm this . I waited till 2 pm and rang up asking where my car is ? .. Shola said it would be at my home address by 4.30, then five minutes later Shola rang me back.. saying it had been taken to a garage in Bradford? When I asked why her reply was .. we have been advised to drop it there ? That’s all she could tell me . I’ve rang mobility and asked for some information on my car and they put me through to the insurance company who explained it was not ready until tomorrow Wednesday 3rd .. No one rang me from fix auto to explain this .. and I just wasted a whole day day waiting . Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow my insurance company said if I’ve not heard by tomorrow lunch I’ve to call fix auto again to arrange delivery to my home address. Just tried calling Shola but conveniently she’s on another call . I’m disgusted by the way Shola has spoken with me on the phone!! She really could do with a course in customer service and like everyone says manners cost nothing.

Fed up of waiting for calls so leaving this out of frustration. Firstly they were a day late collecting my car. Then once repaired they crashed one of their trucks into it resulting in extra time in the garage. Fixauto wrongly informed my insurance the works were complete resulting in the off hiring of my courtesy car and the resulting hassle getting that sorted. My car was due back with a full tank of fuel as an apology for damaging my car but that never materialised and waited over three weeks but my emails/calls are ignored.
