    It's a great shop and of course the shoes are spot on! The shop assistant on the day seemed to have a bit of a chip on his shoulder though. My girlfriend asked him a very simple question regarding the conversion of US to UK sizes and he was quite condescending. Obviously these things are subjective but I run a hospitality business and rarely leave negative comments so I think I have some credibility. That said, I still bought the shoes because it get to take those away and leave the alpha-hipster attitude behind.

    Bought a pair of Blacksmith copper boots. Unfortunately one of the boots came damaged. When I phoned the store to speak about the issue they asked me to send photos to prove that something is really wrong with the boot. I sent that email and didn't get any answer about exchange/refund options that I asked about. At the end of the day I ended up paying over £5 to send the boots back. I simply lost time and money. That meant to be my 4th pair of RW boots so I definitely know what quality I can expect from this brand. Can't believe that no one bothered about quality check before sending the boots to me.

    Nice store. Good collection. Good staff. They also keep old shoes to show how the new ones will wear. Really useful when you and not sure which ones you want. Also they didn't try to up sell any accessories.
