   These shoes (and matching bag) are not only absolutely stunning, they are exceptionally well made and absolutely worth the wait! I had an event just 6 weeks from my order date, and I was hoping to get these in my hands in time. The customer service was exemplary, and involved multiple updates, including follow up communication which was always provided to me as promised so I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. The shoes arrived to me in the US well ahead of the anticipated date, and in plenty of time to accommodate my event date. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and cannot wait to order another color! I’ve read the Rebecca heel runs slightly large, but I am a true US 8.5 and I ordered the 38.5 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend!

   I found this store really very friendly and helpful. I was recommended to try them from a friend of mine who purchased shoes for her daughter’s wedding. I am so delighted with my beautiful Claudia shoes in Cupcake, the colour and suede is just gorgeous. It’s wonderful that they cater for half sizes and if needed a wide fit as so many places don’t. I will definitely be buying another pair for a special occasion.

   I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Julia in the store. I popped in a month ago as I was walking past and she let me try on some shoes between her appointments. I came back with an appointment to try on some more shoes in my size and Julia was there again and was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! Bought the shoes there an then and cannot wait to receive them and wear them on the big day!!! Xxx

   I have wide feet and used the bespoke service. The whole process was really easy and fuss free. Shoes were even posted to me to try on to see what size, type of heel etc. I love my wedding shoes and after the wedding got them dyed by the recommended supplier in the FAQ section on the website, I can now wear them again and again!

Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, she devoted ample of time during my appointment to ensure that I can find the perfect shoes for my wedding. She accommodated all my requests and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Also, my shoes arrived perfectly on time as promised without any delays. The shoes despite being high heels were so comfortable that really made my wedding day even more pleasant. Needless to say, that everyone loved my shoes.    Emmy helped me create the perfect shoes for my wedding. From the moment I reached out to Emmy and the team at Emmy London, I knew I picked the right people to help me with my vision. Emmy sent me shoes to try on to find my perfect size. She let me play around with some designs of her shoes. And she was patient with my the entire process. Emmy even sent little blue suede shoes for my son for the wedding day! She is thoughtful, intelligent and wonderful to work with. My shoes came for my wedding and I fell in love all over again. They were perfect! I wore them all day and only took them off to dance at my wedding. I cannot wait to find another special occasion to wear my beautiful shoes. Thank you, Emmy!
