   I cannot thank Hobbs staff at Cambridge for helping me locate a dress that I have been searching for. Ellen @ St Albans store who looked for me in store, then rang me back after she had looked. Then told me where to park so I could come and try it on. The customer service at Hobbs is phenomenal and it’s why I love shopping there.

   Shocked by the rudeness of one member of staff whose customer service skills require improvement. Her unfortunate manner (aggressive and patronising) could have been attributed to her having a bad day, but when she made a comment about me not being my usual size around my waist (I am a size 6/8!), my daughter and I burst out laughing in shock. Luckily, I do not have any body image issues. Needless to say we won’t be buying anything in that store for the foreseeable future!

   I went to see if they had a dress I wanted, in stock for my son's wedding. The staff were so lovely, and although it was out of stock, Helen (?)the manager found out it was in stock in another store. She kindly got the Winchester store to send it to me. The staff at Winchester store were so helpful too. Thank you all so much.

   Friendly helpful advice for my wife's dress shopping. Good old fashioned( in a good way) service with nothing too much trouble. No pressure selling and although they didn't have the right size in the colour ...it meant she went away and completed her purchase with there online store

   I wish to thank the fantastic ladies that looked after me buying my outfit for my sons wedding when we visited the store on 3rd April 2022. I rang ahead to check availability and the excellent customer service started straight away on the phone. On arrival I was made to feel so special, they gave me so much of their time and I came away with a beautiful dress and jacket. The kindness shown to me was outstanding. I highly recommend a visit to anybody wanting that personal touch for that special occasion. (Please note there is no connection between my surname and the company. Pure coincidence.)

   Yes it's expensive. But the quality and experience is exceptional. Staff happy to help and find and assist choice. Even offered me incentive -10-15% off- to buy a 2nd dress! Can't fault their professionalism and skill.

She engaged with us and acted as a 'personal shopper' to make sure we got everything we needed whilst retaining her friendly disposition with other customers.
