   Have been in a few times recently and all the staff are great- really kind. But big shout to Victor who is incredibly helpful and patient! Give those staff a pay rise! Great store for your Clarks needs.

   Very disappointed with my experience at this store. Went to store for my first shopping experience with Clark’s and found a pair of boots that I liked but they didn’t have my size so I ordered and paid for delivery to store in December. When I went to collect this week in January it turned out they had a wrong size (39 instead of 38 EUR). They issued a refund but could not do anything more as it was completely out of stock. Disappointing and frustrating as the store did not check to ensure they received the right size!!

   Great customer service, support and advice! I dashed into this Clark’s seven minutes before closing, to get my feet measured and buy some new boots. The team were quick to identify that I’d been wearing I’ll-fitting shoes. The shop assistant found me 4-5 different options in my current size, after I explained what I was looking for. I ultimately left with the Orinoco 2 Lace in grey, which are the comfiest boots I’ve owned and get many compliments when I wear them. It was the most quick and efficient size and purchase ever, especially due to the team’s help. I recently asked for a voucher for my birthday as I’d like to get the same boots in Black! I would 100% recommend this Clarks to anyone looking to get a new pair of shoes.

   Excellent customer service.a Very helpful assistant called Tayiba. She was so patient as my mother in law tried on 6 different pairs of shoes as we tired to find the right size and fit. It was a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend them. Thank you

   I've been purchasing Clarks shoes since I lived in California because of it's stylish yet affordable leather goods. Upon seeing this Clarks boutique beside the Westminster Cathedral, my wife and I didn't hesitate to enter. What we truly appreciate in this particular Clarks branch weren't the rows and rows of shoes (real eye candies!) neatly lined and displayed but the superb customer service that they have shown and delivered to everyone who went in. Special mention to Victor for giving us a truly excellent customer service and for being knowledgeable in all the products. He just went above and beyond not just for me but also for the mother and son who came to buy a pair of school shoes. Excellent work that truly deserves praise! I highly recommend this branch, not only for its extensive shoe lineup but for the wonderful service that the entire team gives to their customers. Will definitely come back for my next pair of shoes!

   5 stars for this shop! First of all for the quality of the products and second because the staff is very available and kind! Maria served me the other time and she is super nice! Also the manager, I don't rememebr the name, helped me to sort out a problem that I had with my shoes... he was great and very kind! I will come back absolutely with no doubts! Thanks guys! Keep it up!
