Sam always goes above and beyond with her service it’s been my third time visiting, and I always leave happy. She’s such a lovely and gentle beauty therapist who always makes sure her clients feel cared for.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend getting nails done by Sam. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I got BIAB and gel 2 and a half weeks ago. It’s not even a case of the gel colour getting chipped from activity, which I haven’t done any that would make chips much anyway, the whole BIAB itself on my nails slide right off. It could’ve been a combination of poor prep, the BIAB product used, or not filing down the BIAB after, but this shouldn’t happen especially after this long. I’ve never had this issue even after a month anywhere else. My cuticles are also young and in good condition, but a lot of time was spent unnecessarily cutting skin off them and making cuts in which a liquid was poured over them repeatedly, making them sting. I chased the issue up, Sam didn’t want to refund me but offered a treatment. But to be honest, I’m surprised at the endless 5 star reviews, on first impressions I felt her room was a bit unclean and gloomy, so for an hour commute, not worth it to return.
Another appointment with Sam, another day that she makes me feel pretty, and I always feel relaxed. The environment is clean, the service fast and not painful. I've been with her for different type of wax (bikini line included) and always been very respecful with me. She's kind and always understand my needs, so well done foe her professionalism. I'll see you in a few weeks time again, Sam ❣️

Sam was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I had eyebrows threaded and gel nails biab. Sam suggested the ideal colour for my nails which were lovely and I wouldn’t use anyone else for eyebrows perfect shape every time.
