   I had a positive experience visiting this outlet store. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful — they listened to my needs and guided me to suitable shoes when my first choice wasn’t available. The store had a good selection of trainers and activewear, and many items were well marked with outlet discounts. The downside was that the range in my size was somewhat limited, so I couldn’t try as many options as I would’ve liked. Also, the place got quite busy in the afternoon, which made browsing a bit cramped. The checkout was smooth, though — no major delays. Overall, a solid choice if you’re in the area and want genuine New Balance gear at a reduced price. I’d recommend going earlier in the day for a more relaxed visit.

   I had a very disappointing experience at this store. After standing in the queue for 15 minutes, I couldn’t even find the size I was looking for. When I finally made my purchase, the staff forgot to remove the security tag from the shoes, which caused further inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I went back to resolve the issue of shoes exchange on the same day and exchange the size, they provided the wrong size again. The box was labeled as 5.5B, but the shoes inside were 3.5 UK. I specifically asked for 5.5 UK, and even then, the staff failed to ensure the correct size was given. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I expected better attention to detail and customer service.

   The New Balance outlet is a frustrating experience. First off, the selection of shoes is limited, with only a few sizes available. Worse yet, they sometimes stock the shoes back incorrectly, so you really need to double-check before buying. The prices aren’t much of a bargain either—honestly, you’re better off looking online for cheaper options. But the worst part by far is the customer service. It’s awful. The staff just don’t care. You’ll usually get answers like "I don't know" or "there's nothing in the back," with zero effort to actually help. They’re there to stack boxes and scan your items, and that’s about it. Whether you get the help you need depends entirely on their mood, and most of the time, they couldn’t be bothered. Even more irritating is the inconsistency with opening and closing times. They seem to open and close whenever they feel like it. I’ve had the door locked on me at 7:46 PM even though they’re supposed to close at 8 PM. Don’t expect them to open on time either. It’s really confusing and inconvenient. If you’re in the area and desperate for trainers, you can check it out, but between the poor service, limited stock, and unpredictable hours, I wouldn’t waste your time.

   Probably my favourite of the sports outlets in the LDO. Always has an excellent selection of clothing and footwear and prices are very competitive. Being a sports coach they have 'sports' clothing and footwear for sports people not, for making a fashion statement and trying to look pretty.
