   I’ve had a few treatments done by Shafaq at the Sheldon branch — waxing, eyebrows, and most recently a wash, cut and finish. She’s amazing! Shafaq really pays attention to detail and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My hair turned out lovely. She’s super friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel really comfortable. I’d definitely recommend Shafaq if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about getting the best results.

   I’ve finally found my new hairdresser in Birmingham! I’m very picky when it comes to my hair, but she was amazing, so patient, kind, and detailed. She explained everything before cutting and made sure not to overcut. Even without an appointment, she made time to take me in because it was urgent. Truly such a lovely experience I’ll definitely be coming to her only from now on!

   I’ve visited this salon a few times for various services eyebrow shaping, waxing, and facials and every experience has been wonderful! The staff are so lovely, they really listen to what you want and deliver exactly that. The service and results are always great, and the prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

   I don't usually comment but unfortunately my experience was so shocking I feel I have to write a review. Firstly my appointment was cancelled no apology given and rescheduled for today. Secondly I got there just to be told that I need to wait. They were overbooked and I had to wait 25minutes. The lady washed my hair and asked me how I wanted it cut, I said I would like layers. She okay, I have never had such a rushed haircut in my life. My son's barber takes longer with his short hair. Then the last customer left about 5minutes into my cut and the 2 ladies started to chat in their language infront of me like if I'm not even there. They both recommended that I dye my hair and even after I explained why I don't the woman still went on about products they can use. She made me feel so bad for wanting to be natural. On top of all this rude behaviour I was charged £10 extra apparently because my hair is longer than my shoulders yet she cut off almost none of it and it is definitely not layered. She clearly has no skill in hair cutting so yes maybe if you go there don't get your haircut the agony is not worth it, rather pay more and go to a professional salon.

   They have the best service, really! Shafaq is an absolute sweetheart and it was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. She was so gentle and ensured I had the least amount of pain. The salon is also so hygienic and well maintained. Definitely coming back here again !

   I’ve been coming here since it’s opened and every treatment I get it just wonderful. She is so attentive and takes care. I also got a facial here and it was the best and most relaxing treatment I’ve had. Would highly recommend - she’s become the go to beautician and hairdresser for my family!
