   Booked in last minute for nails to be done. I took my daughter who had hers polished too. She’s 8 and chose a lovely sparkling lilac - was really impressed with the range of colours available. The service was brilliant, the lady was great at nails, so professional and experienced, she was able to inform on other things that the salon offers. The lady on reception was lovely, very friendly and helpful to us when choosing colours. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again, thanks ladies!

   Never left a hairdressers with such a horrendously awful hairdo. I looked like a scarecrow, I went straight home, hid from the view of the neighbours and dashed in to wash my hair and redo it myself. Not only that, but we checked to see if they did old style hairdos with rollers, so that mom could have her hair done as well and they failed to tell us that they don't have a hairdryer that you sit under any more. They dried her hair and then put the rollers in, never in 50 years have i seen that done before.Plus they don't mention anywhere that you have to go up steep steps to get your hair washed - and for a disabled person this is an impossible task.

   Really disappointed. I was kindly purchased a £50 beauty voucher Nov 2021 for a present off two regular customers. Unfortunately owing to Covid issues over xmas and earlier in the year I was unable to use. Completley my overlook when I came to use my voucher it stated in the small print only valid from 3 months of issue date . I popped in a few weeks ago and spoke to a beautician who was really lovely and she advised that it was the owner I would need to speak to as this has happened over the last couple of years. I did ring a few times.. I also left a message . Popped into the salon today.. and presented my voucher.. and asked was there any chance that I could redeem my voucher . I was told oh yes it's a substantial amount... I will check if it's on the system. System checked and because apparently it wasnt I could not . No apology- albeit hands up it was an over sight by myself which I did say.. I was told it's only large businesses that provide a longer redemption period. So the moral to my story is this. Check your vouchers.. and for a small local business with the same owner who possibly could be a little more accommodating... My friends who purchased the voucher for me are regular customers who will be taking their business elsewhere. Shame really as in this day and age it's nice to be nice.

   New client to VSpa and VHair Solihull, extremely friendly staff, met Vee when I went in to book and a patch test, salon exceptionally clean & following government guidelines. I had a lash lift & tint, lip & chin wax & eyebrow wax & tint with Debbie. Was very happy with the results. Debbie was great. I will definitely be returning in 4-6 weeks time. This will definitely be my regular salon from now on and will also book for a curly blowdry next time. 5* well done Vee and her team.

   The staff are great - I had a keratin treatment, straightened my wavy hair. Very polite and courteous + extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning; can highly recommend to anyone interested in the same. Booking/Consultation was fairly quick! Useful information provided to me about my own hair type. Reading some of the lower reviews, I am not sure why they were given - the parking/outer environment is out of the salons control..

   This place is my new go-to! I first came for a 'hair up' for a wedding. The lady who did my hair was fantastic. My hair stayed put all day and I received so many compliments! Second time around, I went for a wash and cut. Service was excellent, I received a lovely little head massage, cut was quick and exactly as I wanted it, plus I was given a lovely bouncy blow dry! Third time round, I went for a Hollywood wax with Charlotte. I was a little nervous but she put me right at ease. I have been trying out a few salons for Hollywood waxes lately and have found them really painful and uncomfortable. This was absolutely not the case with Charlotte. She was very efficient (15 mins!) and the results were perfect. I will be returning many many times for all treatments!! :)
