Had eyebrows done was decent. The staff are not very friendly through didnt let me get out the door with my daughters pram before closing the door on me. Didn’t make any conversation or smile 2nd time here and both times the lady with the bright hair seems unapproachable
As a new customer all the ladies were very welcoming and friendly. Dimple's did a great job with my pedicure. She's professional, and ensured l was comfortable. Ange was also very professional, and gave me good advice on my natural nails. Her expertise shone through when she completed my French finish on my toes. Great customer service and talented. Keep up the good work ladies, thank you.
My first time visiting Creative Studios was having nails and spray tan done for nephews' wedding. I loved my nails and spray tan.Will definitely be going back. Anj was lovely, all the staff were, made me feel relaxed as sometimes you dont know what to expect on your first visit somewhere.really friendly Chatted away like I'd known them for ages.would definitely recommend Thankyou.
This was my 1st experience with waxing , the staff was very friendly as I explained this was my 1st time and little nervous with the whole waxing , the Manager Anju explained how it all works and showed me what they use then she passed me over to her beauty therapist "Dimple" who was so gentle and took her time to make me feel comfortable, other staff a hairdresser with purple hair offered me a cup of tea, I felt like i was treated like a customer who they know for years very comfortable, making conversation as they can see I was uncomfortable. After the waxing Dimple the therapist explained after care to me and what products best to use for the skin. Overall a very relaxing enjoying experience, 100% be going back there again , Thanks Girlys !

Went with my daughter for a first ever balayge! Turned out brilliant the ladies were very proffesional and informative aswell as patient with my daughters wants and prices were fair. 10/10 would recommend.
