My second visit to see Tracey today, am again delighted with my haircut. Tracey ensures she has full understanding during the initial consultation and shows clients exactly how much hair will be cut to achieve the desired result. The salon is modern, clean and inviting. The team of stylists are professional, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon.

My mother visited this salon where she had her hair cut and blow dried , hair cut was lovely by Claire but customer service from other staff very poor. When speaking on the phone my prior to appointment my mother was told her hair cut would be £30 for very short hair and when treatment was finished they then put another £8 on top of the bill bringing the total to £38. When questioned about the the cost rise my as my mother was told over the phone that the cost would be £30 they then tried to say my mother had miss heard them and that it was her mistake and denied giving that amount . Will not use this salon again, over priced and very poor customer service.
The girls at the salon are a very friendly bunch. They have years of experience between them and always offer a welcoming and warm approach. I've been using the salon for a number of years and they always strive to get you the results you need without a silly high price tag! I highly recommend.
We have been here as a family a few times and the girls in there just get better and better. They are so friendly and kind. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are absolutely AWESOME with the kids. They go above and beyond to make sure they leave you feeling fabulous when you leave. My daughter keeps saying she feels like a princess after her visit. The smile on her face is from ear to ear. The hair cuts are great too. I will never go anywhere else now. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Thank you style council. It's not just about getting your hair cut, it's the way you're made to feel special while you're getting your hair cut!
