   Went shopping in ECCO January 1st with my wife looking for a decent pair of walking shoes for me. Two fantastic ladies in the shop were tremendously helpful with the them both giving really good service. So the end result I purchased a pair of shoes and I bought my wife some boots so lwe left the store with a pair of shoes/boots each and a small shoehorn Excellent service and shop highly recommended

   After bringing the wrong shoes on vacation for the amount of walking that I did, I needed some help relieving my sore feet and two staff members were exceptionally helpful despite me not knowing what my shoe size was in the UK. I received advice and the correct product to prevent the problem from getting worse. I want to say again exceptional customer service!
