   would advise people to avoid this shop. I purchased a refurbished Samsung dryer for £250 and returned it when it became faulty. The staff member Junaid Afzal accepted the dryer and gave me a signed and handwritten note promising my refund would be issued the next day. Since then, I have not received any refund. The shop is often closed, none of the phone numbers work, and all my messages and emails have been ignored. I have the invoice, the signed note with Junaid Afzal’s signature, and dash-cam footage showing me returning the dryer. I have also now found several other customers with the same issue, who are also trying to reach him. This situation has been reported to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. Posting this review to warn others so they don’t lose their money like I did.

   Stay well clear.. these from these guys.. else you'll regret it.. these are manufacturer returns or defects! highly inflated prices on stickers then give you 50% off as though your in a bagdad market.

   really really bad service my father in law who is 80 years of age has had a new kitchen fitted recently therefore he bought a new cooker and little to behold he was charged £200 for a really bad conditomed and as he was shopping alone they seen him coming in a way it had bent panels and bent gas pipes which means if he got it all connected could mean disaster if it wasn't for his family it could of been another story on returnimg the said cooker they admitted it was dodgy but only to a younger person watch these scammers

   Can not recommend these guys enough. Prices are very competitive, cheaper than most. I rang around 11 about a integrated oven, they sent me pictures and prices of all they had available. They allowed me to take my time researching the specific models. When I chose the one I wanted, they delivered on the same day. Around 3:30 we had our new oven. Free delivery, all packaged, brand new appliance. Customer service was exceptional. We were extremely happy from start to finish.
