    Sales associates are lovely and super helpful but the manager in the striped jumper is way too comfortable treating clients like they’re a hassle - She responds to questions with so much unnecessary sass. God forbid you need help in this store and come across her, she will make you feel like any request is the equivalent of pulling teeth. We don’t expect luxury service from a premium brand but I’ve honestly had nicer interactions in Zara, she needs an attitude adjustment.

    I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I called on Saturday to have the last pair of shoes in my size held for me and was assured they would be. I even called again on Sunday to confirm. When I arrived, no one could find them, and I wasted over an hour of my time on the busiest day of the week. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic organization and respect for customers. I expect an explanation and for this to be addressed properly. Edit. I received shoes I ordered but unfortunately it’s the second pair I ordered that came faulty

    No customer service. I wouldn't even treat a stranger with so much disregard let alone a customer. One staff member specifically was quite rude and had a lot of attitude. I decided to leave with my mum as I genuinely couldn't t sit there any longer. I felt like asking for a shoe was too much of a hassle.

    Walked in. After 5mins sweating as the store has no ventilation or aircon. Terrible to see this from such a company.... you can clearly see Staff are suffering in the heat also...

    Got a bag almost a year ago on Oxford street and today went to the shop in Westfields as the material along the zip has ripped. I have been buying shoes and bags regularly in Dune for the past few years and nothing like this has ever happened, it used to be good quality. Wanted to ask about repair. Fair enough it was too late as there's 6months guarantee but assistants were rude. First asked if it was really Dune( finding it for some reason hard to believe) and the second one said that she never sold it in Dune, that she couldn't remember that bag. I felt like a liar, pretending to have their bag and trying to have it fixed for free. That seriously put me off and made me feel upset. I think it's time to change the shop and brand.
