   Misleading pricing. Be very aware that pricing as shown on the website (the first place you look, not the booking app) is not the price you pay when booking in the salon or on the Booksy app. 'Oh I need to delete/update what's on the website' isn't an excuse, and nor is 'you would have got the correct prices if you'd checked via the QR code'. This followed by 'your refund will take a couple of days to process' is not good customer service. Do better!

   Very professional organisation made me feel comfortable and at ease as soon as I entered the grooming shop. Their treatments and services are second to none, very happy with all the treatments I received This is the third time I have used these services and would recommend this grooming service to anyone. Claudette the lady who did my grooming was fantastic she made me feel at ease the moment I walked through the door. The standard of the grooming is first class and is done in a comfortable room with soft soothing music being played. An experience I will definitely be repeating, thank you.
