   Just had a facial with Laura!! Absolutely amazing. The whole experience was so relaxing, expertly down and Laura is so experienced and full of knowledge with regards to the skin. I would 100% recommend Laura as this was so Good for my skin and so relaxing!!

   I had a consultation with Emma about having a perm. After losing my hairdresser of 20+ years I was just a tad nervous. Emma really listened and put me so much at my ease that I booked with her for the following Wednesday. My appointment went really smoothly all the staff are friendly and professional, with a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Today the acid test of doing my hair myself has been fabulous. It looked amazing the day it was done and looks amazing now.

   My grandmother came into the shop was told to come back in 1-2 hours then she came back and then was told it was to late even though she came at the time requested they were continuously rude and the staff looked unfit for the job if you could give 0 stars I would. completely avoid this establishment if you can call it that. Terrible

   Lovely experience with trainee Natalie completing a Wash, Cut, Blowdry which was overseen by Simone. Clean and tidy salon with parking facilities nearby. Happy with the service I received today, would recommend.

   I have moved to Solihull and looking for a regular hair salon. When I phoned the receptionist was friendly and once I got there the staff are lovely. I have been to chain hair salons like Toni and Guy and they just don't compare to the service you get at places like this. I've had my hair coloured by Simone who was patient and talked me through it and dud a great job. I've had my hair cut by Niamh who is a junior stylist (I think!) but was absolutely brilliant - the staff are ALL friendly, prices good and lots of parking behind their salon
