   I rented a PMH-managed property for 2.5 years. Sarah and Sam were always polite, responsive, and considerate. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, a big contrast to what I’ve heard from friends and colleagues with other agencies. As with any landlord, be aware that deposit deductions can be significant, so know your rights. Sarah was a fair and helpful intermediary between myself and the landlord during the deposit process. There was a building-wide hot water issue in 2024 that took a while to fix. Some of that was outside PMH’s control, but I trust they’ve improved their processes on communications regarding updates and timelines since, should something similar arise again. Compensation was provided, and I had no further issues with hot water after the issue was resolved. Overall, I’d recommend PMH to anyone renting in Manchester. Thanks to Sarah and Sam for their support.

   I had such a great experience with the team. They really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect property. I was a bit hesitant at first, but they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. After finding a place, they even accommodated me viewing the property twice just to make sure I was 100% confident with my decision, which I really appreciated. Moving in was a breeze because they made everything seamless, and it really felt like they cared about making the transition as smooth as possible for me. Shortly after moving in, I had an issue with the heater, and I was honestly expecting it to take ages to get sorted. But to my surprise, they were so vigilant. The issue was fixed within a day, which was such a relief. I felt so at ease knowing they were responsive and genuinely cared about making sure my needs were met.    Sarah kept telling me that I would be told the next day about whether my offer had been accepted or not and I had to follow up with a phone call every day for 3 days for her to tell me it’s been given to someone else. She mentioned that there were other properties that met my requirements but didn't send them to me. No help with anything.

   I used Property market hub to help me find new tenants for my apartment. I had a very specific requirement - I wanted them to list the property on Righht Move and triage the rsponses from applicants. They sent out the questions I had prepared and relayed the responses. They offered reference checks, tenancy agreements, viewings etc all incuded in the very reasonable price. I feel that I recieved a very bespoke service from professionals who listened to what I wanted. The whole experience was positive, efficient and successful. I will definitely use them again!
