   Worst experience of my life would never go back, been going here for a long time but this experience has put me off forever. Yasmin cut my lip blood everywhere and did not tell me or apologise. She then left my Eyebrows wonky and still made to pay after knowing i was upset after this experience, the alum-rock branch is no better with Amina removing half my eyebrow and leaving me with pencil brows. They rush you in and out and do not care about their customers, provide worst experience ever. They use the same wax stick on every person and never change it so unhygienic and disgusting i had to tell her to change the wax stick!! Absolutely horrendous 0 stars would never ever go back rather pay double the price elsewhere and have my eyebrows in 1 piece !!!!!

   Beautician is always flexible with last minute appointment requests. Had threading done to a very good quality. I have sensitive skin and she was very careful with my eyebrows to ensure I did not have any flare ups. She also have good aftercare advice. Very happy with the service and will definitely come here again-thank you !

   I love this salon amazing people and very warm welcoming I’m not from around Birmingham but have family here so whenever I come to stop over I get my eyebrows done only trust eternal Roop for eyebrows I can honestly say I don’t go anywhere else my all time favourite is maria but saima also does a really good job I have also been coming here for years and so do my aunties highly recommend keep up the good work ladies.

   Honestly one of the best if not the best beauty salon experiences I have ever had. Maria/Mariyah (not sure how to spell her name) made me feel so at ease & so comfortable, & was realy bubbly & friendly. She chatted to me all the while carefully & gently waxing my legs. She was quick & did the job properly but never hurt me once. She also fixed my eyebrows which were almost ruined by another beautician I went to day before. Very talented & Also enthusiatic about her job. Thank you! X
