   Horrendous customer service. Came here with my mom and sister and we were appalled by the rude staff. They were so chavy we didn’t even realise they worked there at first and were even talking about how weird it was that UGG didn’t have a single member of staff on the floor. The girl who served us had dark curly hair and was so rude and looked just pissed off? Horrible experience so we decided not to purchase at this store. The guy who brought the shoes from the storage room just threw them on the floor without looking at us or saying anything. Then the girl was giving us evil stares the whole time and seemed annoyed when answering a couple of questions. Management seriously need to hire new staff If it wants business in this store

   I visited this store today and was shocked at the customer service. It is unbelievable both the members of staff that I spoke with did not have a clue about the product I was inquiring about. The product is a new arrival and the members of staff had no idea about the merchandise I had to show them the product online and was advised that the item has been sent back to the warehouse as it’s old stock. I looked at the item again and it is indeed a new arrival. Both members of staff had a no care attitude and were really unhelpful. For such a well known product and a branch in such a big shopping store this is ridiculous you really need to consider employing staff who are willing and capable. I personally work in customer service and know what is expected of me but the behaviour I witnessed this afternoon was unbelievable the staff really need to be retrained in customer service.

   I purchased a pair of UGGs, but unfortunately, I received two different sizes — one shoe is size 38 and the other is size 39. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that I live abroad and returning or exchanging the item is not easy for me. How do you plan to resolve this issue?

   Called them bang on 10 so i knew i wasnt calling at a busy time.. i continued to call 5-6 times and no one answered.. there store would not be busy so just bad service

   I was served by Mia. She was really nice and helpful highly recommend shopping there, not many people so it was nice for me aswell. Service was fast and speedy almost left with 2 pairs because I’m indecisive but didn’t have my size in the other colour so happily left with my first pair of Uggs. Very happy customer! Will be coming back to buy the chestnut colour. Thank you Mia for your exceptional service :)
