   This photo is miss leading. The building is freezing in summer and so ridiculous hot in winter. Toilets rarely cleaned properly but without the Welsh man making the building happy it's absolutely grim

   Not the easy place to get to, not great signage & parking a chore (that's being polite) Would rather park somewhere else and walk or get a taxi. Once inside signposting is hit & miss.

   Building management and reception are always friendly. Only place to park is the car park opposite which is owned by the council and limited to 3 hour stay and they are quick on the fines if you go over that. Alternatively there is a tesco next to the building which also has a 3 hour policy. Hope I can save a ticket or 2 with this info.

   Very welcoming and customer centered service. Lots of offices to choose from. The building is neat and I have found that customer is really respected. From the security personnel at the gate to the landlord, they really make you feel at home. The only complaint I have is that the premesis, however affordable, should come with affordable car parking scheme. There is the space to do it and I can say, there is also the will, take this opportunity to correct this and make car parking to be included in the rental at affordable price.
