   Olivia, who is my Property Manager at Thornley Groves, has been outstanding to deal with. Every issue I’ve raised has been handled quickly and efficiently, without me ever needing to chase. She keeps me fully updated from start to finish and always checks back in to make sure everything has been completed properly and that things are okay on my end. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and never makes me feel rushed on the phone. She takes the time to explain things, listens, and genuinely cares about getting things sorted. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. I’ve dealt with quite a few people in property management over time, and while most have been fine, Olivia really stands out. I genuinely appreciate the extra effort and care she puts into everything — it makes a big difference.

This is my second tenancy experience and at the beginning I was a bit confused, but as things progressed, I realised how kind and supportive they are to their customers. I especially appreciated the helpful checklist they sent to make sure I had notified all the necessary parties about my change of address.    The service we received from Clare & Tom at Thornley Groves, Monton branch has exceeded our expectations. They both are excellent. I am extremely impressed with Clare and especially with her quick response to emails. My husband and I have been working with her for about five months through the process of buying our house. When I email Clare with a question or to get an update on our case, I get a response no later than three to four minutes after sending the email. It's been like this every time I've emailed Clare since we've been working with her. Buying a house is a somewhat stressful process, therefore to receive a quick response is very reassuring and shows us that we are not alone and have support from her and the agency she represents. We have experience with Tom with whom we have viewed several properties. He helped us a lot with advice as he has more experience in real estate. In conclusion we think Clare and Tom are very good at what they do. In a few words, absolute professionals, and if you come across them, you are in good hands.    After going through so many estate agents in the last few months, Lucy at Thornley Groves has been the most helpful. She helped us secure a home and ensured we were taken along every step of of the way while delivering excellent customer service. Bradley was also great as well. He responded to calls and emails very promptly. In terms of the systems of the agency, the entire process was very seamless as they utilised excellent technology to ensure you don’t waste any more time than necessary in the highly competitive and hectic housing market. I highly recommend them.

   So far the service has exceeded expectations. I am moving my mum into a care home near me which is 130 miles away from Eccles. I have dealt primarily with Amber Gelling and her care, availability, guidance and attention to detail have been exemplary. She has gone above and beyond to steer my Mum and I, during this very emotional time, through all aspects of the letting process. She is to be highly commended and reccomended. Shout out also to Brad and Tom, I've been incredibly impressed by this engaging young team. Whoever is responsible for staff selection and training has got this spot on. Well done!

I was greeted with a smile, she was warm and friendly but remained professional throughout the viewing. She gave good advice, was perceptive to my requirements, without being presumptuous. I have been looking for a suitable property for a long time and she offered empathy and understanding. 5 stars for Kelly.
