   SCAMMERS! Brought a washing machine, delivery date kept changing, finally had it delivered and the delivery drivers tried conning my mum out of more money, left their bank details and harassed her by constantly calling for money, even after they installed the machine they flooded the kitchen and utility room!! Left us in inches of water, no one’s responding to emails and phone number does not work!!

   Ordered a cooker still not come or been contacted about my order. Can’t get hold of them to see what’s happening. All the reviews about them are true would advise you to look elsewhere unless you like being scammed. SCAM

   Sent a faulty fridge freezer been trying to email for a week now with no response at all. Number not in use so I can't call them. Drove 2 hours to the unit to sort it out and they gave me a different email to use and still not been sorted. So of your thinking of buying from them dont expect to be able to contact them when their is an issue as no one will ever reply

   Ordered a cooker from them and started well. But then the cooker went faulty. Again no issue replacement was sent out but it was faulty from the go. They requested an electrician check the electrics and did. No issues there just the appliance was faulty. Then stopped replying to emails and ignored me. Threatened legal action and they stated they would collect the cooker and refund. Collection was made then they completely ignored me for ages and didn't process a refund. Finally found a mobile number and kept chasing to get the refund. Probably about 40 emails sent. Looks like the keep rotating these faulty cookers looking at the other reviews. I would avoid and go somewhere more reputable. Looking at reviews here and social media it seems a common trend. No wonder they have had the contact number cut off.

   Absolutely shocking service. Asked prior to order if I could have it delivered in a couple of weeks was told yes. Ordered requested 29th. Heard nothing chases it said would sort. Nothing. Then promised it would be with me next day. However delivery company stated the Monday. Now they say it’s never been dispatched. No one reaponds to emails so no idea what’s going on and still no fridge freezer!

   This company was reserving a fridge freezer for me to collect at 4pm. Drove 80 miles for a wasted journey. If you know you haven't got something for sell why not message the customer to save them a load of wasted money & effort.

   Was looking to purchase a Samsung American Fridge/Freezer and they managed to save me hundreds of pounds off what currys were selling it for, the customer service was brilliant and they guided me through the whole purchase from buying the product to getting it setup in my home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a deal and I will definitely be going back to them again.
