   Not all superheroes wear capes ! On the eve of Christmas eve, my oven packed up. I was hosting Christmas Dinner...., no worries I thought, I can use the top oven, I can do this! So Christmas eve lunchtime I try to cook lunch only to discover that it is not just the oven broken, it's the whole cooker not working!!! Panic for a moment, my husband googles a well known electric store, it didn't look good! But a friend mentioned Peter Ledbury in wantage.....what had I got to loose.... I telephoned them , spoke to a very nice gentleman, explained my dilemma and I was told that they had one in stock the size I wanted! What a brilliant company, what amazing service, within an hour I had bought a cooker, had it delivered, had it installed and the broken cooker removed. The staff were friendly, helpful, happy and efficient. I can honestly recommend them as a reliable, affordable, and amazing company, thank you for being my Christmas superheroes.

   We went to the showroom on Friday to look at fridge freezers. Unsure of the measurements we had to go home and confirm. Monday at 8.30 am I phoned to order our chosen model. At 11 am the same day it was installed and the old item and packaging were taken away. I would recommend this company.

   Fridge freezer purchased. The delivery had to be rescheduled at short notice as the carpenter who was to fit it was sick. This was no problem. Very accommodating, delivery team excellent, professional and charming. In fact the whole experience from visiting the store, purchasing to delivery and removing the old fridge has been superb. Thank you for making this a stress free experience.

   I recently purchased a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer from Peter Ledbury's for my new flat. I received lots of help over the telephone when ordering the items, including finding a matching tumble dryer (which wasn't listed online at the time). The items were delivered, and installed by two incredibly polite and helpful chaps. They even came back a few days later to deliver the dryer which was on back order. Just woke up to a small water leak from my washing machine. After a quick phone call, two gentlemen came around straight away and changed a hose for me. Really helpful and answered all my questions! Not a faulty item, or installation may I add, just a seal settling. A true test of a company is how they deal with a problem, and this was brilliant.

   I have bought 3 different machines (washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) from Peter Ledbury over the last 3 months and have been delighted with the quick, friendly and knowledgeable service. They were helpful on the phone, and delivered and installed all my machines within a few days, and on two occasions a day earlier than expected. I would definitely use them again in future.

   Very helpful when I phoned them regarding repairs to my iPhone. Unfortunately they don’t do iPhone repairs even though Google lists them under this search? However, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and referred me to a local shop which may be able to help, it’s nice to get good advice from shopkeepers these days. I will bear this in mind when I have to replace my white goods.
