Absolutely brilliant - came out the next day, whilst other services I called couldn't come out for 4-5 days, was cheaper than all the other competitors, really professional and friendly, provided some limescale and detergent remover for the machine lasting 18 months, and even knocked off some money off the bill for my Nan as she's a pensioner - 11/10
