Every single time when I’m trying to buy there something, staff is busy talking to themselves avoiding costumers at all cost. You have to run couple times from upstairs to downstairs just to get some informations about the products, because for some reason upstairs is always only one staff member (or none) and as you can imagine days before Christmas are extremely busy.

Fantastic experience and big thanks to James ! Brand new TV acquired ! Would have been even better if curry's allowed sound to be played from them. James is the best in the buisness and is the reason we keep coming back for our appliances etc. Looking forward to enjoying the new fallout series on our new tv ! Thanks again James

Went in to buy a tablet. Saw the one we Wanted and the assistant informed that the labels were mixed up and that the one we thought we liked wasn't correct and they did not have one in stock Chose another one which showed 3 in stock but after a long time they said there was not one. They could not find it. We walked out empty handed and then we had to pay extra in car park. Very poor service indeed will not return

Really bad customer service! I went into the Didcot store to buy a cooker and a microwave, was told to press the button when I wanted help, did so no-one answered but could hear the currys team downstairs talking and laughing, we waited after pressing the button a couple more times to eventually give up only to go down the stairs to find the stairs had been closed off at 16:45 on a Monday. I said to the guy that I think the buzzer was not working and we was looking to buy a.s he just said ok thanks bye!!! I will now go somewhere else for the products I need asap.

Appalling customer service – managers, take note I visited Curry’s PC World yesterday intending to purchase a tablet. The store wasn’t even busy, yet several members of staff blatantly ignored me. I was stood in the tablets section for a considerable amount of time, clearly looking for advice, but not one member of staff approached me. The two ladies at the front by the checkouts even turned their backs on me after making direct eye contact — an astonishing display of rudeness. This is basic customer service 101: acknowledge your customers. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. If this is how paying customers are treated, it’s no wonder sales are lost. I walked in ready to buy; I walked out determined never to spend a penny here again. Manager — I strongly suggest you address your team’s attitude and training before you lose even more business.

A long story so the basics story is purchased on line and paid for washing machine to pick up at Didcot all the rage buy on line click and collect, did this only to find 2 hours later order cancelled ? It said payment not talked when it went out of account within 30seconds on completion ?? 48 hours plus later still no funds returned surely this if fraud on Currys behalf they only5 machines in CURRYS to choose from within my category stock was checked before order it’s such a sham sadly having to get onto trading standards to get my money back today nobody seems to want to take responsibility for their failings and as for trying to get your money back ? Apparently I am one of many this scam they are playing is not fair or legal so wrong in many ways, I will never purchase on line from this company again !!

Sorry Currys, but you never quite have what we're looking for. Basically unless it's massively oversized TV, expensive laptop or huge fridge freezer, they actually have very little range. All we wanted was a hair dryer You'd think you'd find that in an electrical shop... but no.

It was great. Served by a delightful young lady called Bethany who was more than helpful. Not only did she sort me out with a very nice new monitor in a timely manor we also had a great laugh doing it. Unbelievable service and really knowledgeable on a variety of products. Definitely coming back to Curry's for more bits n bobs in the future!

Walked into a very empty shop and went upstairs to buy a new coffee machine. A member of staff walked past us with a coffee, and asked if we were ok, we asked for some help, which we were then given none and sensed she just wanted to walk away. I left the store and thought maybe it was just that staff member so I re entered again into an empty store. I asked someone for help and I was told to ask another worker and pointed me over to him. I walked over asked for help, to which he actually seemed happy to help, but once again upstairs I asked about the coffee machines. He didn’t know any of the information, and I was even asked to return tomorrow for advice. At this point realising none of the staff had a clue about their items. I walked out. I was ready to part way with up to £500 in the store, I won’t be entering again. Shocking service and complete lack of product knowledge.

Josh was very helpful with my phone purchase and trade in. However I give 4 stars and not 5 as their staff member, with the highlights in his hair, is utterly useless at helping people and always asks us to speak to another staff member with the excuse that 'he doesn't know the answer'. While usually responding quite rudely. Maybe it's time for Currys Didcot, to train some of their older members of staff? Or bring in some more staff, like Josh, who give customers sound advice and provide help when it's needed.
