   Terry from Greenacre visited me to help me use Adobe Acrobat in editing a book. In an hour we covered all my questions (more than a dozen). He also explained how Acrobat "thinks" differently from Word (which I am expert in). This was all helpful and constructive. It gave me the confidence to know I can go ahead with a large piece of work. I was really pleased with Greenacre and will go back to them with any further computer matters.

   These guys are absolutely fantastic! I was unluckly to drop my mobile phone once last August, which was too damaged, but after getting a spark of life, they managed to get all my data transferred to my new phone, despite their premises suffering a flood due to a neighbouring premises. Fast forward to last week, phone slipped from my hand and the screen was damaged. Richard took it and within a couple of days, completely repaired the screen, saving the possibility of the cost of a new phone. I really like that they are upfront with possible solutions and costs and there is no hard sell etc. I can honestly say I would never consider going anywhere else, I trust their complete honesty and integrity. Thank you both so very much.

   This place is a life saver! My laptop was a hot mess and not only did they fix it within a day but made sure the data was still in tact. The great thing about this place is that they take a look at the problem straightaway and give you an idea of a time frame and if it's fixable, unlike some other places.    What an exceptional service. Recently took in two smart phones for repair. Turnaround was fantastic with a text message to confirm that they were ready for picking up. The cost for the work undertaken was extremely reasonable coupled with the very helpful & friendly staff.    Very helpful and quick fixing my phone! I had been told by other places that it wouldn't be worth fixing and I'd be better off buying a new one at three times the price. Greenacres took the time to actually look inside the phone and concluded that they could fix it. I am so grateful to have my phone back and working!!
