   Excellent experience at this Jimmy Choo boutique! Claudio in particular advised me very well and helped me choose my dream pair of shoes! I was very well received, and I’ll come back from Paris just for this boutique! Thank you again — an amazing experience

   I went to this store on Saturday with my daughter looking at shoes for her upcoming wedding , both for myself and her . The young woman ( french accent )who was asked for the shoes I had in mind, did not seem to know what they were by name and needed to be showed a picture , she then brought the shoes out and I tried them on . We then went upstairs to look at the wedding selection for my daughter and she appeared again with an i pad and leant over my shoulder asking me for payment for the shoes downstairs .. I was a bit shocked as we were still in process of trying others on and potentially buying another pair, she told me she had already wrapped them up, even though I had never agreed I was buying them. We were also offered a glass of water which never came after I refused to be pressured into paying for the shoes . We decided to leave the store as we were both upset at the treatment and it ruined what should have been a nice experience . She ignored us both as we left and was so rude!

   I love this store and selection of the shoes. I was looking for a specific shoe and size in Jimmy Choo and asked if they have it in stock. I needed this pair for a specific special occasion and a dress. Eventhough the shoe was discontinued and almost out of stock, Claudio Guadagno was able to find it in a different store in UK. He organised the delivery and notified me in less than a week. Their customer service was excellent and so professional. I am very happy about the experience. They are also dog friendly =)

   Such a great experience from start to finish. We were assisted by Claudio who helped us book an appointment for my wedding shoe fitting and were greeted by all the staff. Everyone was very catering and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience

   Extremely disappointed in the poor level of service at this store. It felt as though we weren’t wanted- Such a shame for a company my best friend has been loyal to for years. We were visiting to try on a specific shoe she wanted for her wedding day after narrowing down her preferences at the Harrods store (the 2 gentlemen working there were a credit to Jimmy Choo) however it seemed like we were pulling teeth to get any help from the assistant and everything was a struggle even to the point of making an appointment for another day (note this can’t be done in person you have to call the store for the same assistant to book it in). In total we saw 7 members of staff for 3 clients (including my friend), of which two we passed and completely failed to even acknowledge us, and instead chatted amongst themselves. Overall this was definitely not the service you would expect from the High Street, let alone a luxury and well established brand! I too am getting married soon and now completely put off Jimmy Choo following this experience- I will take my business to a company that appreciates its clients and I too will be telling my friends who are soon getting married the same!

   Very disappointing experience - the assistant was more worried that I’d walked into a room that had been reserved for a private appointment than asking if she could help me ( no sign to say it was closed and and I had been directed there) she then asked which shoes I wanted to try and disappeared - 10 mins later - not retuned so we left - I received excellent service in Selfridges and bought the shoes I wanted there.

   Took a bag in for repair which took considerably longer than originally intended however the attentiveness of the staff and level of customer service received at this store was nothing short of superb.... many other 'so called' luxury brands could really learn a thing or two from Jimmy Choo
