    I visit the store unfortunately and I buy two pairs of shoes but when I go upstairs the staff was unhelpful upstairs. I think they need more training how to become a professional sales assistant. I just ask one question about the product and the black guy said to me β€œlisten we have only these thing as you are looking in front of you”. That thing really Disappointed me they needs to be helpful instead of being rude with customers.

    Dear Clarks Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the quality and durability of Clarks shoes. As a loyal customer, I have been purchasing Clarks footwear regularly during my trips to London. Due to my buying habits, I often store new pairs in their original boxes in a well-maintained wardrobe until I need to replace my old shoes. However, I have recently faced a highly frustrating and embarrassing issue with your products. On two separate occasions, I wore a new pair of Clarks shoes for the first time, only to have them completely crack from the sole during an important official meeting. The first incident occurred when I took out a new pair that had been stored for approximately 3-4 years. Within hours of wearing them, the sole cracked severely, forcing me to dispose of them. Unfortunately, the same issue repeated just recently with another pair that had been stored for around 2-3 years. The bottom of the shoe completely separated from the main structure in an extreme and unacceptable manner. Given that I have experienced this issue multiple times, I am left questioning whether Clarks shoes are incapable of being stored for a few years without deterioration. If this is the case, it is extremely concerning, as customers expect quality and durability from a brand like Clarks. There is no indication on the packaging that these shoes must be worn within a specific timeframe to avoid such failures. I request a clear explanation regarding this recurring issue, as well as information on whether Clarks shoes have an expected storage lifespan. Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on how to prevent such incidents in the future. Given the circumstances, I also expect Clarks to take responsibility for these quality defects and offer an appropriate resolution. Please address this matter urgently, as this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand. I look forward to your prompt response.

    Disappointed the customer service. It’s very hard to reach out to them over the phone and they do not have a process in place for the lost gift card even though I have a proof with the gift card number on the receipt. They should be able to verify in their internal system if it has been used or not. In store I was asked to speak to online support but it seems they can’t assist any further if the gift card is lost. I did not expect this kind of service from Clarks.

    I came to buy shoes for a wedding but wasn't quite sure about the model and size. Miss Moirum went above and beyond with the service - she was very friendly and helpful and checked for all the models I was interested in. I appreciate her patience as I was trying on quite a lot. She also gave me advice about the shoes and recommended me a handbag. The shoes I purchased in the end I'm very happy with as they are elegant and comfortable.

    Unhelpful manager - very bad service. I went there to return and exchange a pair of shoes I bought (30 min prior) from the other Clarks store in Oxford Street. One of the assistants refused to accept returns saying that they do not do returns today. I highlighted that nobody told us of this when we bought the shoes 30 min ago. Then the manager came and she refused to accept the return on the grounds that the shoes were in bad condition. Basically dissing the other Clarks store who sold us the pair in that condition. We argued how this is our fault? Whilst we were argued she told us that they do not welcome dogs in their store, so we have to escort the dog out. Strange since we have been to that store with the dog many times. She wasn't going to assist us, she was there to argue and not do her job. Long story short, I went to the other store and they refunded us in a sec, no questions asked. Very bad service, beware.

    Being in the centre of london, it offers a fuller selection available compared to other, smaller stores. The staff are so attentive, helpful, and efficient. They were great at recommendations and assuring that the shoes are right for your feet. I got to meet the manager, Gina, I think, she was lovely and clearly runs a brilliantly tight ship. As someone who doesn't enjoy going shopping . It was such a pleasure going there!

    The staff were so helpful during my boots selection process. They cater for my needs and let me try em comfortably at my own pace. Again, I went there on a weekday with lesser crowd and much more chillax environment. Clarks never disappoint me yet. Gonna buy more from them!
