Avoid this place at all costs. They reel you in with friendly vibes and that they only sell top quality vehicles, until you have an issue with your vehicle and they make it all out to be your fault. Everything else is the issue except the vehicle in question. They took it back once and didnβt even run diagnostics on the vehicle, basically just reset the engine lights. The lights came back on shortly after and they kept telling me that diesel vans donβt work in London which is obviously utter rubbish. I put it through a private garage because I had had enough of their BS and talking like I was born yesterday. For starters the vanβs software hadnβt even been updated which was messing with the computer, they also found a leak on the Ad blue injector as well as a blocked DPF (which I was told had been unblocked by this garage when I sent it the first time). You would expect more from an actual Vauxhall approved dealer but itβs all just marketing. Cost me over a grand just to put this van right when it shouldβve been the dealers responsibility. Avoid!

Very poor customer relations, from viewing the car with sales through to aftersales. Staff was only interested in the sale. My advice is be very careful and do your research when buyer from Worksop dealers!

Not much different from you backstreet used car salesman. Sell you a car and don't want to know. Brought a Tesla from walkers and let them know a handful of days after buying it about couple of noises coming from the car, they had it for 24hrs and said the rattle inside was a loose seat that they'd fixed and the clicking from the outside was normal, electrical contacts or something engaging. On the way home both noises continued so I booked it into Tesla. The rattle from inside was a stone in the vent system that ended up costing me Β£210 and the clicking a worn down knuckle, very safe and responsible walkers considering It had just been in your hands and mot'ed by yourselves a few days before. The stone was an ornamental stone not one Id seen or anything I'd put in the car and like I said I informed them about it a few days after buying the car. After numerous calls and emails I've called today 2 weeks after my email for the manager to say it's normal wear and tear that they don't cover. So before buying from here think.

Worst dealer ever experienced. Bought a used car from their Selby site. Its was recovered here after breaking down. Picked it up twice and twice did it break down on the way home. In the end i rectified myself. No acknowledgement from walker. I was ignored. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Nobody rings or emails you back. And technicians that don't have a clue. Avoid.

Do not trust them. Sold a car that was "Spoticar approved used". The car has a whole list of problems that should have been caught prior to sale if they bothered to inspect it. They are now pushing me onto the warranty and claiming I have to pay for any repairs that are not covered by the warranty. Spoticar do not believe the warranty is valid because Walkers did not bring the car up to spec before sale. Edit: Having since had the car checked at a competent garage they have noted that the gearbox was cracked during a previous repair (days before sale) and that the catalytic converter is completely corroded and needs replacing. They have also stated that it'll need a new engine once oil consumption is confirmed. AVOID THIS DEALER!

In relation to your response complete and utter lie, Evans Halshaw where my vehicle currently is have confirmed issue is down to a fault that has occurred having further implications on other areas. Oil has not been over filled at all as nobody has even touched it since buying the car. I have email from Garage with breakdown of faults which is currently being investigated further. It seems you are trying to brush this under the carpet and it seems i am not the only one to have encountered this poor level of service.

Picked my Vauxhall motability car up today.. jack who dealt with me was very professional and friendly. Absolutely amazing service received when buying my car at the Worksop showroom! Lorraine handled the sale and explained everything and it was really straightforward. Had a few issues I needed looking at today nothing major but there was no quibble or anything. I waited whilst my car was checked over and in under an hour all the points I had raised had been addressed and sorted! Beth who was my contact throughout made the whole process really easy and straightforward sheβs a credit to you! Was handed my keys back to find theyβd even given it a wash, nice touch. I would like to thank Lorraine so much for her help, from phoning me after I asked got my details online, to the test drive and then the sale she was absolutely wonderful! Explained everything fully to me, genuinely had my best interests at heart from the get go. The garage itself is also lovely, very clean very welcoming and lots of great cars!
