   Amazing experience buying a car at the Worksop branch. Every member of staff is friendly and approachable creating a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. Kailem dealt directly with my sale, he is very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail. I always knew what was happening at every step of the sale and never left wondering. I wasn’t constantly hassled when I was viewing the car at the start which I love! I left a very happy customer with my new family car and I would definitely return in the future if I ever need to buy another car. Plus free tea and coffee! Perfect in the cold Christmas period.

   I brought a Porsche cayenne from them on 8 November the headlight was misty and foggy they told us it would clear up after driving but we had a 6 hour drive and it never cleared the other was also misty I contacted them the day after and they said take car to their garage in Edinburgh I did that and they gave us report that both lights need replacing. At a very high cost . Report attached. We emailed saying we want a refund and don’t want to keep the car . They not listening so we are going to take legal action Be careful of this garage the customer service is not good either We have had a very bad experience as we are not been driving the car since we got it and have had to rent a car for work This has caused us a lot of stress

   When I wanted to return the broken car after selling it to me, I was met with a rude attitude as if it was not our problem, we can take it home. Instead of admitting their mistake, they want to waste time and try to force me to sell the broken car. They did not allow me to take a test drive, even though I took it back immediately, they do not want to accept it and they talk to me as if they are making fun of me and say it is not their problem. Even though I called 11 times, their customer service does not answer. Do not trust this company. They all lie.

   Great car buying experience at V12 Worksop branch. Dealt with Carl and Doug who were both very professional and superb. Credit to the guys that prep the vehicles too, the interior was spotless (right up until the point our 3 children got in and began to destroy it !!!).    We had an amazing experience at V12 and we cannot thank the staff enough for our buying car experience. We saw a car we liked online but it had not been delivered to the garage yet. They offered to call us as soon as it arrived, which it thankfully did a few hours later that day. Within 2 hours we walked away with an amazing car which ticked every box for our little family. We were offered a generous amount part exchange for our car also. The staff made the whole process seem so stress free and offered so much support. Thank you so much to the staff at V12 especially Mike for making it possible for us to have the perfect family car! Highly recommended.
