   I had an excellent experience at schuh. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and efficient. I came in during my work break with a pair of shoes that had a manufacturing defect, and without any hesitation she arranged a replacement for me at a convenient price. I simply left my old pair and walked out wearing the new ones immediately. The whole process was smooth, quick, and genuinely impressive. Great service.

   Finally found a pair of ballerinas that are comfortable in this shop ! Love that they have new collections quite often and student discounts. Holly helped me and was an absolute example of what perfect customer service is, it was lovely to meet her ☺️ Will not hesitate to come back for a pair of shoes in the future, best shoe store and service in it in London so far !

He has a fantastic service mind and was instrumental in helping me confidently decide on my two new pairs of shoes (on August 5th).    I went to return a pair of shoes on 13/01/23 in the evening because they were too big however when I gave it this worker, she laughed because my feet size was 3 and because I said they were too big, she kept on laughing which just sounded really rude to me. At least maintain professionalism. Its not my fault my feet are so small.

   If I could put a 0 I would. This is all because of the treatment of Alexa humby the women pretending to be the store manager when she’s just an assistant store manager. Her treatment to customers is awful. Recommend avoiding this store to avoid humans like Alex’s humby

   Worst experience I've bought a pairs of Uggs online which cost £100, unfortunately this morning arrived and size 5 was too small. I've tried to contact the store several times but I understand they must be very busy due to Christmas shopping that none could pick up the call. I've asked my partner to go directly there and ask if they had size 6 of the same shoes. One of the girl told him that she could order them and they would be available tomorrow but my partner had to pay for them. She said she cannot order them with out payment first. So now i have to return my online purchase and wait for refund. I found this behaviour very unprofessional and i am sure i had the right to exchange size in store even though i made an online purchase. Merry Christmas to you too Schun. I used to be client not anymore from now on.
