   Popped in to grab my click and collect. The young lady who eventually came to assist me could barely speak, she couldn’t describe what information I needed to share with her so that she could find my order. Dune - you really need to review what training your staff are given. Based on this experience, I’d rather have had a faceless robot which would have had more people skills or gone for delivery option and had a good chat with a lovely DHL driver. Really poor!!!

   Hands down this was one of my best experiences buying shoes. I came in unsure of what to get but was immediately met by one of the employees, Zoja, who was so kind and helpful giving me advice on which shoes to try. I honestly would've been lost without her. Atif was also so helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the shoes and helping me decide on the right ones. I'm delighted with the shoes I got, both stylish and comfortable! Will definitely come to this shop in particular again because the whole experience was amazing.

   Got this shoes online. It’s nice but a bit bigger so tried to wear a pair of socks. However, the leather is so hard like stone and keeping hurting my feet on my half way to office. Literally just blooding;) So I went to Dune store Marble Arch to explain the situation and happy to reduce the refund price/ exchange. She just said I should wear it more often to get used to it even blooding. Excuse me? She just ran away said I’m making fun of it? Also I called the customer service line. Same story! Horrible service overall. It is my first time to purchase Dune shoes and also last time I think. Be careful! Just paid the money to learn a lesson from Dune. Get used of hurting then all shoes would fit at the end! Good luck Dune!

   I was looking for heels for a wedding , the girl that helped me her name is Mina. She’s so sweet , She immediately gave me attention on walking in and sorted me out in a jiffy. Impeccable customer service, I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes and completely satisfied. I was left feeling that this company cares about its customers and stands behind its product, would highly recommend, and commend its staff and policies!

   Sold us a shoe without the bead as attached and refused to assist to change it (store was closed but someone was there who could've helped - unfortunately we were leaving the country on the day so the assistance would've been appreciated)

   Went to Dune to buy a formal and casual pair of shoes. Completely ignored by staff despite going up and down the shoe aisle a couple of times to get their attention. 3 members of staff completely idle - no wonder the shop wasn't busy! Went elsewhere on Oxford Street and bought shoes with attentive /professional service. If they can’t be bothered why should you?!
