   My first visit to this salon was on the recommendation of a friend, and I couldn’t be happier! I had an intense treatment along with a trim to my ends, and from the moment I arrived, all the ladies made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, I truly enjoyed every moment. I booked in with the founder, Jacque, and I’m so glad I did. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to understand my hair and gave it the love it needed. I was absolutely thrilled with the results & my hair felt and looked amazing. It’s a shame I didn’t find her sooner, but I’m so grateful I have now. I’ve already booked my next treatment for six weeks’ time because Jacque has genuinely helped me fall back in love with my hair. I'm so excited to now be part of her client list. Thank you so much to Jacque and the entire team - I can't wait to come back!

   I had my hair washed and blow-dried by Aliyah, one of the junior stylists, and she was absolutely lovely! She was really polite, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Aliyah was also great at communicating, checking in with me about how I wanted my hair styled and making sure I was happy with everything. She did a fantastic job and I left feeling great.    On entry you are greeted with a warm smile, in a salon which is better than most high end spas, The excellent customer care, service and the ambiance is uninterrupted until the end. All chairs are wonderfully comfortable and sometimes I am so relaxed I simply drift away to sleep .The attention to detail and knowledge of your hair is impressive so JYG always provide exceptional hair care, advice, and hairstyles -every time. Then the beauty treatments are great.

   I went to this hairdressers for the first time and had the best experience. Ellie did my hair and did an amazing job, we had a discussion before hand and Ellie knew exactly what I wanted and I left with a balayage better than what I imagined. All the staff were lovely and very professional, I will definitely be returning to this hairdressers and would recommend to anyone.

   Just returned from having my hair styled by Klaudia, can’t praise her enough , and I’m so happy with the end result . From the moment you walk through the door , everyone is friendly and welcoming . I must admit I was quite nervous beforehand, but Klaudia was so kind , listened and explained everything step by step and completely put me at ease .
