The staff a the Sloan Square branch (David, Daniela, and the other lady who I couldn’t catch the name unfortunately), really understand what top costumer service is, they are friendly, professional and very patient. Makes shopping there a pleasure every time. 5 Stars for the staff.
Bad quality and worst customer service. Bought a coat here, looked like nice, but later it started de-stitching from different parts. When I contacted them online to get it fixed they told me I could do it myself - I still cannot believe it!!
Having been an avid customer of Dubarry Chelsea Boots for many years, I have recently experienced worsening quality and think I will need to find a new manufacturer. In the latest purchase the rear boot pull split, even though the boot was only just out of the 12-month warranty, no repair was offered. To charge £280 for a pair of boots and not stand behind the quality is disappointing.
picked up a pair of boots from this "flagship" store. Definitely happy with the boots, great quality as expected. The customer service here was terrible. Totally disengaged, uninterested. Surprised for a higher-end brand, I would have expected more
I urge everyone who is thinking of buying dubarry boots NOT to. You will be happy with the comfort and look BUT further down the line when the sole falls off and you try and get them repaired and every shoe repair shop will say they cannot be repair because of the materials used. I had to send my boots off to Holland to have them replaced with a different brand of sole. Now my other boots are about to come apart

I've used the dubarry shop in London for years. We all know their goods are top class, but equally the service and knowledge of the guys and girls in tge shop is second to none.
Both soles fell off my $260 gortex deck shoes but they refused to take responsibility. Un-Irish to have such a poor service. Bought from this shop but HQ 'dealt' with complaint
Fantastic customer service, the staff truly know their products and give a service with a smile. Always lovely, and very helpful. The products are already great but the service gives an already great product a personal touch.
