Anumta was very helpful as I'm 62 she made me have nice eyebrows with the brow pencil wich i had to buy it with a foundation I will be going back for some more make up my eyebrows look younger and better.
My experience was very good. The assistant who did my brows was very polite + knowledgeable. She asked me all the relevant questions+ about my skin type+ I was happy with the way my brows looked after my treatment. She also said about the new line of foundations + after testing some on me I chose to buy one that suited my skin tone as advised by the assistant.
I had a wonderful experience with Shantina today at Brow Bar, High Street Birmingham. Shantina took care to check the temperature of the wax on me, mix the tint the perfect shade, check the tone was right for me, before carefully marking up my brows and waxing them beautifully, leaving me super pleased with the result. I felt so comfortable and valued she was very approachable and not faked as some experiences i have had in the past. Visited Benefit in Birmingham Selfridges today, and had a lovely experience with Dana. Such a star, she sat me down, gave me loads of advice and did my make up, all whilst chatting and making me feel super comfortable. I visited Benefit Beauty counter in Boots Birmingham after a busy day trip and Sarah kindly showed me your products and helped me with make up and eyebrow shaping. She was so kind and caring and made my day. Sadly ,I never have had a facial or make up done for me and she was truly amazing. A credit to the company and thanks and hugs to Sarah .
