The worst nail salon I have ever been too. After visiting less than 2 weeks ago within the first day my nails were peeling doing basic tasks, I go back seeing as it was 6 nails and hadn’t even had them 3 days. Upon arrival going back, I didn’t want the same design but refused to pay anymore for a different design and they had wasted my time and money. So they re-did my nails after not letting me change the design. Very quick to take my money but when there is a problem they don’t want to help. Not only did Jenny lie and say she told me to be careful with the nails, firstly why should I have to be careful with the nails? And secondly why blatantly lie when you never said that. If I pay for a service I expect the service to be completed to a good enough standard now a few days later after getting them re done they have done the exact same thing when I specifically said that would happen. Not only that they have ruined my nail bed with marks all over my nails. Clearly cannot do nails if their life depended on it. Absolute rubbish quality will never ever be returning. If I could rate 0 stars I would! 1 is being generous.

Really good, switched over to a different nail salon and this was my first experience and I was really pleased. My design was on the pricier side - £85 but you get what you pay for. Jenny was really precise and paid lots of attention to detail & I got a long length, 3D designs and gems. Will definitely be back!

This isn’t my first time going there, and I was happy with their service before, but not this time. I already had BIAB, so I only wanted an infill and a change of shape. She said it would be £49 — so basically £10 just to change the shape. I asked about the colour of the base and mentioned I wanted something natural, but instead of suggesting anything, she just said, “you choose” while looking away. I didn’t push it and carried on. I showed her the shape I wanted, but she kept filing, and when I politely asked her not to take too much off, she sighed. When she started doing the French, I explained that I wanted it thin, like in the photo I showed her. She didn’t do that, so I repeated that I wanted it thinner. Instead of listening, she started talking, saying something like “why didn’t you say” (though I couldn’t understand the rest). I reminded her that I did say thin and even showed her again how I wanted it. She sighed again and moved my hands roughly. This is the end result… and honestly, I hate them!

I've never had my nails been done before. This was my first time so I can't really be a big judge on this. The nails itself looked pretty. Very close to the reference photo I had given the lady. I asked her to make it as short as possible in Almond shape. Although the nails itself looked amazing. The service and aftercare was not at all. First of all, they said they welcome in walk ins but do not have the correct amount of staff to facilitate for the amount of people that come in to do nails. Me and my friends went in at a very quite time but were still made to wait about 50mins (bc they had appointments they were waiting for, who showed up late) before anything was done. Then they put the initial shape base (idk what it's called but the plastic bit that they shape for the nails) and then had to wait another 40mins till we had our nails done. Secondly, the woman who did my actual design was very rough and horrible. There was a girl before me who was trying to get her nails done for her 18th, and said that she got recommended this place by her sister. But this girl got the worst treatment. She wanted her sisters opinion because she was unsure herself and nervous but the lady doing the nails kept snapping at her saying that "it's your nails, you tell me", pushing her phone away saying "stop asking them, you tell me". She kept tugging on the poor girls arm. After the woman finished with the girl, she didn't do any aftercare or remove the glue on her fingers and she had cut the girl's hand, when filing her nails, in several places, and then she just told the girl to go to the counter and told me to come over. When it came to my turn, my hands were being pulled left right and centre. I didn't go on my phone or anything but she kept acting like I kept moving. She was very rough and not thorough. She had made my hands so sore and cut me a lot. The glitter application was uneven and some of the nails are too. And although the face looks great, underneath the nails had not been filed at all. It is bumpy and uneven and there was just big chunks of acrylic. She was very grumpy. And seemed like all she cared about was how quickly she can get through each person, rather than the quality and experience. I give this place 4 stars because the other workers who attended my friends did amazing jobs, were efficient and handled their customers with care. I even watched as one of the lovely gentlemens run after my sister out of the store to put cuticle oil on her nails. Their nails looked amazing and were precise. I guess I was unlucky with my experience. However I've only been once so im going to give the benefit of the doubt and try again at sometime. (My nails was about £55)

I came here couple of weeks ago just for short acrylic nails with gel and French tip . Before I entered I asked if I could pay bank transfer which they agreed on later on once the acrylic and gel was applied I was asked to send the money through bank transfer immediately to finish the rest of the treatment not even after the nails are done but midway which I felt uncomfortable once I sent it I waited nearly 30 minutes for the lady to come and do the French tip mind it was all bent and wasn’t nice looking as she was doing it so fast also the the gel was really really thick and wasn’t shaved down enough won’t be coming back nor recommending to anyone

my nails came out fine, however service wasn’t great here. staff were not i nice at all, when i showed my proof of payment the lady gave me a blank stare and said “okay” and when i was leaving i said thank you twice and good bye and they said nothing at all and stared rudely. not sure if this has to do with my race or if they are just not friendly in general.

my nails came out exactly how I asked for and looks very similar to the reference photo I showed them. They are very sturdy and comfortable. I walked in to book an appointment for the next day and everything was easy to do. Though, my ring finger and thumb were slightly injured and bleeding from the power tool but I'm happy with my results.

Decent price considering the nail art they can provide. I also like the coupon card they have (I think it is 8 stamps for a free manicure). However it is quite disorganised and my nails are never perfect. They do not fill the cuticles and edges of the nails well, and when trying to book a slot there are often late replies or no response at all. They seem overworked so if they had more space/staff and a digital marketer then it would be 5 stars, but the quality is just not there. It feels like they are rushing to do your nails so that they can get the next person in which is why the nails are never perfect.
