   I have been looking for the new balance black and cream 327 trainers for months and unfortunately are sold out everywhere. When I found them on tower London I bought a pair of the new balance 327 trainers immediately. I have had them for two weeks and worn twice, the dye on the back of the sole and the 'N' on the shoe for newbalance is running off either new balance can't make trainers or tower London are selling fake trainers. I would not recommend this trainer/ shoe shop to anyone. I spoke to Customer service with plenty of pictures not really thinking it was a big deal maybe they explain manufacturing issue or some good excuse for me to except paying over £100 for trainer ive had for two weeks and now can't wear. No I got nothing they said its not a manufacturing issue, they are just worn! After 2 weeks they are dripping dye because of wear and tear. Scam don't buy, save your money

   Purchased a pair of boots and when they arrived they had already been worn. I filled out the return form and sent the boots back for a refund informing that I had purchased another pair from them as I was worried they would sell out as they were in the sale. Tower has refused to accept the return stating there was no evidence they arrived in worn condition. I am now going to seek a refund through my payment option, will be talking to Trading Standards and also be looking at a small claims court! Tower are by far the worst company I have dealt with, avoid at all cost as their customer service with regards to refunds is non existent!! I would give them zero star but unfortunately I have to give them 1 in order that this review is published!!

   I’ve never seen such a bad exchange policy! Come here only if you want to be treated like a liar and a thief! The two female employees are repulsive and disrespectful, and they do not believe what the customers say. I needed to exchange a shoe that was too big for me. They claimed I was lying and that the shoes had been worn outside, despite the fact I only wore them once inside my house to test the size out. Even when I told them I didn't, they made up stories about me. The only saving grace was that the male staff noticed the back of the shoe showed no signs of being worn outside. Absolutely sickening experience, will never return here.

   Ordered from their website, no real issues but I failed to read all the small print and they automatically sign you up for a members club and charge you £29.99 a month. Not illegal but highly immoral. I am in the process of claiming my money back via the bank... Do not use this company, trust the other reviews.

   I ordered a pair of Vans for my wife's birthday and paid £6 for next day delivery. After 2 days still no shoes and no sign of them on the Evri tracker. After having no luck in emailing, ringing and using the online chat, where the person couldn't help, so just hung up, I finally spoke someone who just blamed Evri but couldn't do anything to help for a week, including giving me a refund. I missed my wife's birthday and the shoes took 6 days to arrive, after I paid extra for next day delivery. Absolutely terrible customer service from Tower, who were no help at all and obviously couldn't care less. They blamed Evri for there own poor organisation and unprofessional attitude. I will not buy from them again. Please think twice about buying from them.

   Absolutely rubbish customer service no smiles from any of the workers. The main point is today I wanted to try on some trainers and the lady said she cannot give me both feet to try on. How am I meant to see if the shoes fit and feel right on both feet if I cannot try them on. Use to come here alot and spend money before the lockdown, unfortunately from now on I will be taking my money else where; somewhere that gives me great customer service and deserves my money.
