Went to this salon to have my eye brows done. I paid to get microblading done. Literally the worst experience of my life !!!!!!!!! Bindu absolutely destroyed my face!!! My eye brows were bleeding and ended up crusting up with scabs and became infected..I was supposed to have a follow up appointment but she tried charging me for it. Her attitude is rude and unprofessional. She was argumentative with me and took no responsibility.. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I did read previous reviews and someone said she was rude and that she burnt her with wax but I still thought ide give this place a go… Never again!! Do not spend your money here and save your skin from being ruined. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this was necessary.
Im new to smethwick and made the right choice! The salon is calm and clean, pain free eyebrows and theyre 10 out of 10 :) i will be back for other treatments too.
I am so happy with Bindu, she did my hair and makeup . It looks so good . I had blemishes on my face and neck . I look stunning . I look like an actress . I will definitely come and see Bindu again for my hair and makeup . Well done Bindu, I am so grateful . You are the best . No one has ever done hair and makeup like this before . It is definitely value for money . Money well spent . I will use Bindu again when I have a function .
I’ve been going to this salon for just over a year now and I can proudly say that this is the only place I trust to get a wax. Not only is the service itself great, but the environment too. Bindu is exceptional in her work and she provides such a friendly and warm environment. The hygiene standards are the highest compared to any other salons. Would definitely recommend be gorgeous and have done in the past. My go to for eyebrows waxing facials . Lovely manager always ready to help and advise . Have been using be gorgeous since it opened I have moved further away from the salon but still come back for my beauty needs .
