I came here to get my engagement nails done and had a terrible experience. I asked for gel nails but they gave me acrylics instead. The staff was rude, not understanding, and didn’t listen to what I wanted. The result was nothing like I asked for, and I left really disappointed. Honestly the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to.
Overcharge for rubbish quality of service. Completed a pedicure in 6 mins even though feet were still rough, nails were not cut down to size, when pointing things out that she had missed, the woman just stared at me blankly, mumbled something and kept saying £25 £25 £25... The salon is cleaner than most but service is atrocious. Only 2 women were working on this day, each with a client doing manicures and I had to wait 1 hour 10 mins for a 6 min so called pedicure. Very disappointed. This is the first time I had been back at this nail salon since November 2017 when I got a nail infection after a low quality pedicure. Only returned to this salon as I had heard the staff was new. Do not recommend this nail salon at all.
Inlove with the nails I got.the older lady did a really great job.only thing is the price I wouldn’t really pay 28£ maximum 20£ I will come again!
All of The staff needs to learn some manners eg today I was doing my nails and both was trying to cost me more money only because my nails were long

She was clearly in a rush to get my nails over and done with as she didn’t place the acrylic in the correct place. Long story short, my nails lasted me a week. The nail on my forefinger has began lifting as she didn’t put enough glue on it and the acrylic is too far from my cuticles, my nails already look like they need an infill, my natural nails do not grow fast.

The owner, who is the older lady, is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not give you any advise or recommendations if you ask for a certain product, when they know that your nails will look in a terrible state once they have finished. And she expect you to pay more when they have to rectify they bad job!! Please avoid this Nail shop.
The older woman who runs the place is slap dash, does a shoddy job and ignores what you ask for and does her own thing on your nails. And when you challenge her about this she claims that she thinks her way looks better than how you asked for it, and that's why she did it like that, as if it's her nails and she's the one paying for it..very rude!!! Not to mention unprofessional. The young man however is a different story, very good, does a good job and very professional. If I do go back there again I will not under no circumstances let that woman near my nails again.
Whilst they do nails well and both children have good customer service and are delicate. The mother is a money hunger individual who lacks customer service, respect and courtesy for her customers. Not only is she rough whilst doing your nails because she's to busy calculating how much money she's going to make from the customers waiting she is also abusive and aggressive to the customers and totally forgets that this is not a free service and a treat.
