   We have no option to give less than one star. One of the worse experience I ever had, I paid for 3 pairs of shoes but one of the lady staff taken one pair of it back to the rack. When we asked about, They showed irresponsible and rude behavior, Asked multiple question in authoritative manner. No courtesy no guilty for their mistake. Management need to take immediate action please

   I will never go there again the lady was on front desk was very rude. When i select one pair of shoes and I go for another one to select one more then she came to and she snitched first pair which I selected. She thought I will run to take these shoes. But I bought that shoes. This type of behavior is not acceptable……………….

   Never again! My friend bought a shoe for me as I’m out of the station and when I tried it indoor, it was really tight at the front . I went in to get a bigger size of the same pair. The lady at the front desk at 12:30 on 08/07/24 was extremely rude at me , she was literally shouting at me and told she can’t take be back as it has been worse outside . I explained her what happened but still continued shouting at me . When I asked her to stop being rude at me she told me -"I’m not being rude” . I thought it might be the company’s policy and they have to strictly follow it and I went to a different store on the same day to give it a try and requested the staffs there, if I could exchange my shoes as it’s not my correct size . They checked my shoes and told me it’s fine and I got those exchanged to a bigger size. So, It’s not the company policy then, it’s the staff who decides what to do. The managers in the Ilford shoe zone - Please train your staffs on how to behave properly to your customers.

   I love there shoes I been wearing toe cap shoes there are so fair great to walk. Some of there staff are helpful if you are lucky to get one. As one of there shoes are different colour on right and light one so I needed to see if the shoes are the right ones. So if you are wearing company foot wear and not and find had to walk try shoes zone. But try them before you buy

   Staff is very unprofessional, we had to wait in checkout until finish their personal discussion, and later she took money and she took time to gave change because they were talking while serving me as well , and gave change and didn’t say thank you they didn’t even feel that we are waiting until finish their discussion, these kind of people shouldn’t work , they should stay at home and do their personal things.

   Found trainers here which I've never see before in Basildon, my favourite branch. Were in sale with a further reduction at the till. One very hot but very happy Bunny! Considering the cheap price, I think shoezone are good quality .Still think the smaller branches don't have enough room between the aisles
