   The worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting for my deposit refund for about two months. I had no issues with my rent, and the landlord agreed to release the deposit and informed our estate agent, Sarah. Since then, she has disappeared and is no longer responding. Avoid at any costs

   So handy being able to set up tenancy agreements online and to have all your legal documents in one place. Getting emails when rent is late is a really useful feature instead of having to check bank statements all the tome. Sarah and her team have really helped us a lot as landlords, thank you

   They are all based online. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always put it on your rental bord. You you basically have a website log in where you can see all your paid rent, contract, gas safety etc. As well as communicate both with the landlord and the agent. Best ever ! I have been using it to rent my property. But if I ever get my own and would need to use an agency. It definitely would be Rentlord!
