    MER DE Avoid at all costs! Absolutely horrible experience with 4FeetShoes. I ordered a Sprayground backpack, but they sent me a cheap Eastpak instead. When I asked for a refund, they came up with every excuse possible to avoid taking responsibility. Their customer service is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This company is a scam, and I will make sure everyone knows about their dishonest business practices. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

    Review edited as 4feetshoes reached out on sunday to apologise and explain the situation with Royal Mail. They were very courteous, and also offered to cancel and refund my order before I had to ask. --- I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday at 6am and paid for Next Day delivery as I needed them for tomorrow. The website stated that the cutoff time for same day dispatch was 10am, and that there was only one pair left in stock in my size. My order hasn't been delivered today, the tracking just says "We are expecting it. The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail [at 5.08pm last night]. More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network.", which as far as I understand means that the label has been printed, but the parcel hasn't been sent yet. There's no response from 4feetshoes via phone or a faulty live chat on Saturdays apparently despite the physical store being open, and the product page still says there's one pair left in my size as well and lets me go to checkout, so I'm questioning that there was even stock available to fulfil my order in the first place. I'm disappointed by this very poor service, and I hope that when I return my order, if it even shows up, I'll be refunded the next day delivery charge in full.

    Unprofessional, Rude, and racist I had applied for a picker/packer position and was contacted by the hiring manager. She explained that they needed someone as soon as possible because due to someone going on maternity leave. The hiring manager asked if I was happy to come in for an interview and a β€œtrial shift β€œ to which I agreed. I was told to come in at 9:30 , When I arrived I was given a paper to sign stating that I won’t be paid for the trial shift which I was completely fine with. There was some hostile energy but I ignored my intuition and continue with a smile on my face when being shown what to do by a member of staff. After two hours I got the hang of things and was packaging some orders when suddenly I heard a male voice screaming at the top of his lungs, he was using all kinds of unpleasant words towards a member of staff. I was shocked, disappointed and felt uncomfortable being there at that point. I asked a member of staff if I could speak to the hiring manager, I was told that she was β€œbusy” and that someone else was going to come and speak to me. This other came to speak to me , she asked if I was happy with the place and asked me a few questions, things like: How many hours or days I wanted to work. I told her yes I was happy to continue because I was desperate to have a job and didn’t want to be unemployed . The lady then said to me that because they wanted to be β€œfair” they had one more candidate to come in for a trial, she told me that they would give me a call to inform me if I’ve gotten the job or not. To this day I’ve not been contacted by anyone. And today I saw that they had posted the same job on indeed , I guess the other lady the hired didn’t like it there either . What I learned from this whole situation is: A) listen to your gut feeling (intuition) B) Never try to stay in a workplace where a manager, boss or owner is being verbally abusive towards someone else because the next day it’s your turn.
