   All of the staff that helped my mum and looked after her with her boots and the lovely guy who helped with my parter with his trainers he made sure that everything was perfect and that my parter had the right and best support for him they where super friendly and made our day nicer one of the nicest staff I’ve ever met

   Supportive and polite staff. Thanks to the manager and the team. They called to another branch 20 minutes away to reserve the size I needed. Unfortunately, the database on their computer didn’t show the presence of my size in the branch on Oxford street, just 10 minutes away. This is not the fault of the sales assistant and I hope the management will fix it. Another strange thing is that not all models are presented in the branches outside London despite having enough room.

   I went to return my faulty trainers 14 days lqter due to not getting time off work. Thevmanager Karl or Kyle tall white male possibly Australian refused and admmited there was a fault of 1 arch higher than the other. He sent me to Tottenham court road in lashing of rain 10 m walk i was soaked to skin hair ruined unable to go to Selfridgrs as all soaked i told him i was a nurse he saidd sorry your pressured but no refund as he got into trouble the day before for a refund. Tottenham court road branch laughed said with fault and receipt i could swap trainers im done with Sketchers they are horrible to customers Addidas Nike anywhere but not here
