Incredible collection of shoes and boots in a quaint hip shop. Friendly service from a couple of cool cats. I would have regretted it if I had not bought the baddest pair of boots of my life!
Have always wanted to visit the Mecca of men’s shoes. We traveled out or way to get there and definitely not disappointed. Taz was excellent, laid back, professional and an asset to JW. Nothing was too much effort. We left with 2 pairs of stunning boots. Will return soon
Bought a pair of Melly "Scotts" Chelsea boots, Fabulous craftsmanship, I usually wear Barker's that are beautifully made and so comfortable, I thought to myself, If the JW boots are nearly as good I'll be impressed........ I'd say they are even better! Will be back for more soon.
Visiting London from Canada and took the opportunity to wander through some of the fine shoe shops. Saw a lot of great stuff but nothing to compare to a certain multicolour boot I remeber seeing online from Jeffery West. Even though they don't offer it anymore the staff contacted the factory and swiftly got back to me that they could do it on make-up. Now I have my favourite shoes. Thank you for the superb service.

Absolutely top notch service from Toby in store, actually both guys were attentive and fun! Great shop and my fiancé brought a stunning pair of dexter brogues. Great quirky experience and would recommend a look!
I really like Jeffrey West and the shoes are rather fab and I have bought 6 pairs , however I don't like some of the leather finishes that they use to achieve some of the colours of their shoes , a good example of this would be the Honey Coloured Moon shoe where the leather is not through dyed meaning the colour sits on top of the leather. Someone clipped my toecap with their suitcase on a busy street and scuffed the toe cap , I took the shoe to show several leather smiths and unfortunately the shoe cannot be repaired a fact confirmed by Jeffrey West Piccadilly who felt suddenly more like a shoe retailer rather than a Northampton shoemaker …… I cancelled my 2 reserved shoes as they had the same dye which on a good side saved me £600 ….. I have now sent my shoes off to a cobbler and he will re finish the shoe but in black … a real shame as I already have 3 in black . Otherwise good shoes !
JW shoes are amazing. The shop and staff in Piccadilly are amazing. Thank you for the great customer service I receive every-time i visit and thank you for the wonderful shoe collection I own. Look forward to seeing you again.
Called ahead and my shoes were put aside in 2 sizes. Great service. I now have my third pair of Jeffrey West shoes. Love them!!
