Amazing Place. Use all the time. Had a range of treatments and loved all of them and always go to treat myself! Staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. Im quite fussy and they are always so accommodating. 5 stars would definitely recommend!
Great services very nice clean welcome
After a short period of stress, I'd bitten my nails and was so embarrassed about them. Features came to my rescue and fitted me in at short notice yesterday. I have beautiful Christmas nails thanks to Emma. Emma is a perfectionist and performed nothing less than a miracle. Thank you Emma and Features ❤
Was looking for a private place to have a haircut since most places have chairs in full view of the shop window - as a Muslim woman who wears a headscarf that ain't helpful! But I enquired with this local hairdressers and they were wonderful. They understood my needs, offered to draw the blinds and lock the door and the back area was nice and private. It was just lovely, not to mention Lorna styled my hair beautifully! Thanks a lot and I hope my review results in more business for you, cos this is a large need in Harborne I'm sure!
Features is run by Jackie and her small team of professional and friendly staff. Local businesses like this need our support, especially in these uncertain times of Covid-19. The measures that have been put in place (with PPE etc) should reassure clients that the salon is as safe as it can possibly be. Highly recommended for both hair & beauty services.
I've been going for 7 years for nails and hair and wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly, quality service. Jo does the best hair cut and colour I've ever had. Highly recommend.
